Ice Skating Lanser See, Tobogganing & Igls' Bobsleigh Track

The idyllic Lanser See, a picturesque lake at the edge of the forest is close to Tulfes and Innsbruck. During the cold winter months, the lake freezes and offers an exceptional natural ice-skating rink with a magical ambience. 

As soon as it freezes over, there is no stopping us! Wrap up warmly, grab some ice-skating shoes, and get ready to glide along the ice!

Bobsleigh Track in Igls

All daredevils can face the thrilling guest-bobsleigh rides at the Igls' Olympic ice track. We are happy to organise this exciting experience here for you at the Hotel Geisler reception. All brave bobsleigh-testers are awarded a certificate for their bravery, that is if they do dare to jump in and race down the ice track with steep banks and turns.

"Rodelgaudi" – Tobogganing Thrills

Hike from Rinn to Patsch along about 8 km of winter hiking trails, and your toboggan will be waiting for you in our ski cellar. If you wish, you can also take the tractor to the Rinner Alm, where the toboggan runs are often illuminated at night.
